Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Rovika Sports Limited (the “Promoter”). This promotion is operated independently and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must not be residents of any country or territory subject to UK, EU, or international trade sanctions. Entries from sanctioned countries will be excluded.

Entry Requirements
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, participants must complete the entry actions as specified by the Promoter during the promotional period. (Follow @riderovika on Instagram, tag 3 accounts in a comment on the competition post & name the their favourite riding location in the same comment.)
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries via different accounts, identities, or methods are not allowed and may result in disqualification.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of attempting to circumvent this rule.

Promotional Period
The promotion opens on the date announced by the Promoter and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 1 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

Prize Structure
Prizes are awarded based on milestone tiers reached during the promotional period. All milestone prizes are conditional upon the corresponding milestone being achieved before the promotion end date.
Prize tiers may include, but are not limited to:
– Apparel and riding accessories
– Bicycle components and equipment
– Custom wheelsets or drivetrain components
– Suspension products
– A custom-built bicycle
– Experiential prizes such as riding trips or holidays
No cash alternatives are available for any prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted for cash or credit.

Prize Availability and Substitution
All prizes are subject to availability.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make this necessary.
The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or redraw any prize or the entire promotion at its sole discretion if required by circumstances beyond its control or to ensure fair operation.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries for each applicable prize tier.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via their winning Instagram account via private message only.
If a winner does not respond within a week, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner or withdraw the prize.

Prize Fulfilment
The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to fulfil prizes but reserves up to eighteen (18) months from the promotion end date to complete prize delivery or fulfilment.
Prize delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customisation requirements, supply chain delays, or logistical factors.
All stocked prizes will be dispatched within five working days on a tracked economy service. The Promoter is not liable to replace prizes lost in shipment. -
Taxes and Duties
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable local taxes, import duties, customs charges, or other fees associated with receiving a prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for such charges and will not provide tax advice.
All goods will be shipped from the United Kingdom.International winners may be required to pay additional shipping, customs, or handling fees.The Promoter reserves the right to require additional information to comply with export, import, or regulatory requirements. -
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to this, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

No Contractual Relationship
Participation in this promotion does not create any contractual relationship, legal partnership, or entitlement beyond the awarding of prizes as described.
The promotion does not constitute a legally binding lottery, raffle, or investment scheme.

Data Protection
Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of the promotion, verification of eligibility, and prize fulfilment, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

By entering, participants release all such platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
