These Terms of Sale are designed to reflect The ROVIKA Way - our commitment to fairness, transparency, and ethical business. They represent the mutual responsibilities of all stakeholders within the ROVIKA ecosystem, including customers, suppliers, partners, and our team.
These terms apply to all purchases made through ROVIKA SPORTS Limited’s official website or linked official stores.
By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

ROVIKA SPORTS Limited is referred to by its trading name 'ROVIKA' below.
1. Company Identity
1.1. All sales are made by ROVIKA SPORTS Limited, registered in England and Wales. Company registration number: 16129566.
1.2. Only purchases made via our official website or directly linked ROVIKA-branded stores are valid under these terms. Purchases made with OUTPOSTs are with that business directly, not ROVIKA.
2. Contract Formation & Fulfilment
2.1. A contract between you and ROVIKA is formed when you receive an ‘Order confirmation’ email. This marks ROVIKA’s acceptance of your order and the start of a binding agreement.
2.2. The contract is considered fulfilled:
2.2.1. Upon delivery (evidenced by a ‘Proof of Delivery), for UK orders.
2.2.2. Upon dispatch (evidenced by a dispatch notice), for international orders. All international (Non-UK Economic Area) orders are Ex Works.
3. Right to Refuse Service
3.1. ROVIKA reserves the right to:
3.1.1. Refuse service
3.1.2. Cancel orders
3.1.3. Restrict account access
4. Retention of Title
4.1. Ownership of goods remains with ROVIKA until full payment is received and cleared.
4.2. In finance transactions (such as Buy Now, Pay Later), title may transfer to the finance provider at point of funding, subject to their terms. ROVIKA does not retain ownership once the finance provider assumes liability.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. ROVIKA accept the following forms of payment:
5.1.1. Credit and debit cards (exclusions apply)
5.1.2. Approved finance providers
5.1.3. Valid Cycle to Work scheme vouchers
5.2. ROVIKA does not accept cash, cheques, postal orders, or offline payments.
5.3. ROVIKA does not offer credit directly to customers. All orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch.
6. Pricing, VAT, and Currency
6.1. All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website and invoice.
6.2. Our website is ‘geo-fenced’ to the UK, and VAT-inclusive prices are shown to UK customers. The use of a Virtual Private Network to avoid VAT is prohibited. VAT is usually added if delivered to a UK address.
6.3. Orders that omit VAT and list a UK delivery address will be cancelled.
6.4. If such a case is discovered after dispatch, it will be considered a violation of these Terms of Sale.
7. Product Availability & Substitution
7.1. We can use live stock feeds to keep product availability accurate. However, occasionally systems do not sync in time. ROVIKA reserves the right to cancel stock-feed orders that we cannot fulfil and will issue a full refund immediately to the original payment method.
7.2. If a product is out of stock but the order has been processed, ROVIKA will never substitute products without prior consent. The customer services team will reach out to the customer twice via their provided contact number. If ROVIKA does not receive a response within three working (England) days of the second call, the order will be cancelled and a full refund made.
8. Preorders & Backorders
8.1. Standard ROVIKA Returns terms apply to all preorders and backorders.
8.2. For orders over £1,500 ex. VAT, a 25% cancellation fee may apply.
8.2.1. This fee will be returned as store credit, not a cash refund. The difference will be credited to the payment method.
9. Delivery & Risk
9.1. ROVIKA aims to deliver goods within pre-sale-advertised time periods but is not liable for delays beyond our control such as specified in Clause 21. Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 12pm UK time.
9.2. UK Orders: Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery. We insure all domestic shipments.
9.3. International Orders: Ex Works (EXW) terms apply. Risk transfers at point of dispatch.
9.4. ‘UK orders’ are defined as orders shipped to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands where standard UK domestic courier services apply.
9.5. ROVIKA will assist with international shipping packing and dispatch, but assumes no liability for:
9.5.1. Delays
9.5.2. Customs duties or clearance
9.5.3. Damage during transit
9.5.4. Local taxes or tariffs
9.5.5. Incorrect or unacceptable delivery information being provided
9.6. Customers are responsible for arranging insurance for international orders.
10. Returns & Warranty
10.1. All returns are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy.
10.2. Summary:
10.2.1. 30-day free returns (UK only)
10.2.2. 60-day extended returns with admin fee
10.2.3. Exchange dispatch within 48 hours of inspection
10.2.4. Non-returnable categories (e.g. outlet, hygiene) apply
10.2.5. Manufacturer warranties apply as stated
11. Cycle to Work Schemes
11.1. By using a Cycle to Work scheme, you confirm:
11.1.1.All information is accurate
11.1.2.You are authorised to use the scheme
11.2. Misrepresentation may result in legal action.
12. Installation & Product Use
12.1. ROVIKA does not provide installation services.
12.2. If a customer uses a partner shop, liability lies with that shop.
12.3. Products must be used as intended and in accordance with local laws.
12.4. Do not modify e-bikes, scooters, or regulated items to operate outside legal limits. Modification invalidates warranty guarantees.
13. Age-Restricted Products
13.1. Certain products (e.g. knives, tools) require age verification at delivery.
13.2. Failure to verify age may result in cancellation of the order.
14. Environmental Responsibility
14.1. ROVIKA is a sustainable business.
14.2. Customers are expected to dispose of products, packaging, and batteries responsibly in line with local environmental laws.
14.3. ROVIKA actively opposes modern slavery and monitors its supply chain.
14.4. ROVIKA works exclusively with carefully selected charities aligned with our mission.
15. Export & Sanctions Compliance
15.1. ROVIKA complies with UK export laws.
15.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
15.2.1.All goods are permitted in their country
15.2.2.They comply with local import/export regulations, tariffs, and sanctions
16. Behaviour Policy & Account Misuse
16.1. Three-Strike Rule (Temporary Suspension)
16.1.1.Customers may receive a strike for:
16.1.1.1. Repeatedly cancelling high-value preorders (£2,500+ ex. VAT)
16.1.1.2. Submitting unauthorised return claims
16.1.1.3. Resale or market arbitrage
16.1.1.4. Using products outside their intended purpose
16.1.2.Three confirmed strikes may result in a 6-month account suspension.
16.1.3.Further violations may lead to a permanent ban.
16.2. Zero-Tolerance Policy (Immediate Ban)
16.2.1.Instant bans apply for:
16.2.1.1. Fraudulent chargebacks or other claims
16.2.1.2. Abuse or harassment of ROVIKA, partner staff or other individuals.
16.2.1.3. Returning unauthorised hazardous or misrepresented goods
16.2.1.4. Defamatory claims against ROVIKA or its team
16.2.1.5. Unauthorised use of products purchased from ROVIKA in political or ideological campaigns
17. Appeals & Escalation
17.1. All actions under this policy are subject to appeal via our Contact Us page.
17.2. Account suspension appeals may be made within 30 days of notification. There is only one opportunity for appeal. Appeals are handled at director level and will be reviewed within three months of the appeal being acknowledged.
17.3. ROVIKA may report conduct to authorities or pursue legal action where necessary.
18. Third-Party Sales
18.1. Products sold by ROVIKA are for personal use only.
18.2. Commercial resale or marketplace arbitrage is prohibited without written permission. ROVIKA does not have B2B customers at present.
19. Political Neutrality & Equality
19.1. ROVIKA is a politically neutral company. We do not engage in or support political causes, campaigns, or lobbying.
19.2. We are committed to non-political but ethical standards:
19.2.1. Equality of opportunity
19.2.2. Freedom from discrimination
19.2.3. Environmental care and supply chain ethics
19.3. Political activities by partner brands, employees or other third parties does not imply endorsement by ROVIKA.
20. Complaints Procedure
20.1. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer service team via the Contact Us page.
20.2. We aim to acknowledge all first stage complaints within 5 working days, and resolve them within 14 working days.
21. Severability
21.1. If any part of these Terms of Sale is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain fully in effect.
22. Force Majeure
22.1. ROVIKA shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under this agreement where such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to:
22.1.1. Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
22.1.2. Fire, explosion, or accident
22.1.3. Acts of war or terrorism
22.1.4. Civil unrest or public disorder
22.1.5. Utility or transport disruption
22.1.6. Strikes or labour disputes
22.1.7. Global pandemics or epidemics
22.1.8. Changes in laws, sanctions, or customs regulations
22.1.9. Material shortages or supply chain disruption
22.1.10. Delays caused by third parties, including but not limited to couriers, logistics providers, or customs authorities
22.2. Where force majeure applies, ROVIKA’s obligations will be suspended for the duration of the disruption.
23. Entire Agreement
23.1. These Terms of Sale, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between ROVIKA and the customer.
23.2. No other statement (verbal, written, or electronic) shall modify these terms unless signed by a Company Director of ROVIKA Limited. Their names and contact address can be found on Companies House.
24. Jurisdiction
24.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
24.2. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
