We ship all over the world. Please note all non-UK transactions are 'ex works'. That means there may be local taxes and duties owed to your government.

In the UK we offer express (24hr) and economy (2-3 days (ex Sunday)) services. Internationally we offer a single standard delivery which is up to a week globally. For packages under 2kg we use Royal Mail & international postal systems. Over 2kg we use DHL. All packaged are sent 'Tracked & Signed'. We do not use couriers we don't like ourselves. Parcels belong in our houses, not hedges or the neighbours bin.

Yes! If your basket is over £120 in the UK, we cover the cost of economy shipping. For EU, Canada, Australia and New Zealand orders: standard shipping is free over £350. For the rest of the world: shipping is free over £650.

Our couriers will automatically email you your tracking number at the point of dispatch. If you have been receiving our order notifications, then you should have your tracking number. If not, ask Jeffers the bot and he will help you.

All returns are free within 30 days. Between 31-60 days returns are possible with an admin charge of £13.41 to cover costs. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Contact us using the form here. We will provide you with an authorisation number (and return label if in the UK). Please ensure goods are packaged appropriately. Poorly packed returns may not be accepted.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days from when we receive and inspect the item(s) to your original payment method. It may take longer to show on your account depending on your card provider.
